Quantum Equities invests in performing and underperforming real estate assets with a commitment to protecting, preserving and enhancing our investors' capital. Quantum strategically renovates and revitalizes properties in ways that assure maximum performance through reducing operating expenses and increasing income, while simultaneously improving the overall tenant's experience.

In addition, Quantum Equities invests in non-performing loans. Our focus is on debt portfolios ranging from $1 million to $100 million. Quantum gives special consideration to distressed debt requiring significant workout or restructuring efforts.

Quantum Equities seeks performing and non-performing residential, commercial, retail and industrial assets in the greater New York metropolitan area. With our expertise, Quantum is capable of considering properties in distress, in the bankruptcy process, partnership litigation or having title issues. Our experience and deep-rooted understanding of these problems enables us to close deals quickly and efficiently. In addition, we have the ability to implement complex debt restructuring if needed.
