Director of Asset Management

Quantum Equities’ asset manager, Ezra Azizi, currently oversees a portfolio of units across the Carolinas, Florida, and the Atlantic region. The expansion and success of Quantum’s core New York market – which is now valued at approximately $1 billion – may be attributed to Mr. Azizi, who was directly responsible for its management and growth.

Josh Fink

Director of Acquisitions

In his role as Director of Acquisitions, Mr. Fink’s responsibilities include sourcing, underwriting, and business plan development for all new acquisitions. Josh honed his business acumen in similar positions within the industry, founding Voyage Realty – a Maryland-based private residential investment company – and acquiring commercial properties throughout the Mid-Atlantic region at Mosaic Realty Partners in Baltimore, Maryland.
